J S Plans was created by Jason W. Swan out of a desire to assist enthusiastic homeowners and future homeowners to create custom living space to suit to their needs and wants. The process of getting ideas from a vision to reality can be a daunting one but J S Plans simplifies this process by involving the client at the start of the process, getting their vision of the space first, and then providing visual concepts to choose from.

The Process

• Define client needs & wants - total area, # of rooms, type of rooms, # of stories, etc.
• Review client research - magazine pictures, concept sketches, etc.
• Deliver a set of concept renderings, based on gathered information, to client for review.
• Deliver a modified set of concept renderings, based on client feedback and input, to client for review.
• Make final modifications to the design and create a set of plans
• Deliver set of plans to client for review.
• Make final adjustments and deliver final plans to client.
